I Specialize in

Hello! My name is Natalie Gill, and I hail from the beautiful Caribbean Island of Barbados. During my time in Barbados, I completed my studies in Business Administration & Technology and trained as a Legal Secretary Assistant. My last significant role was with the Disciplinary Committee, working closely with the Barbados Bar Association and the Barbados Supreme Court in Bridgetown. After moving to Canada, I pursued further education and earned an Administrative Assistant Diploma from the Academy of Learning College in Hamilton. I also engaged in entrepreneurship programs through the YWCA and YMCA. Back in my hometown, I ran my own event planning business, which was a rewarding entrepreneurial venture. Now, as the new Administrative Manager at ABRAR Trauma and Mental Health Services, I am excited to bring my skills and experiences to support the organization’s vision. I am passionate about creating patient-centered and culturally appropriate spaces that foster healing and growth from trauma. Our focus on trauma-informed and art-based early intervention approaches is especially meaningful to me, as it helps newcomers and immigrants thrive in their new environments. I look forward to making a positive impact and contributing to the success of ABRAR Trauma and Mental Health Services.
