Our Vision
Every newcomer and immigrant has access to affordable mental health support to heal and fully participate in society.
Who we help?
We are dedicated to supporting marginalized communities, especially newcomers and immigrants, who often face unique challenges as they navigate life in a new country. We understand the profound impact that immigration, war, displacement, and trauma can have on mental health, and we offer compassionate, culturally safe support to help individuals and families heal.
Who we work with?
- Newcomers and Immigrants: Whether newly arrived or adjusting to long-term settlement, we provide accessible mental health services that address the emotional and psychological needs of individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. We focus on trauma healing for those impacted by traumatic experiences, particularly related to war, refugee displacement, and migration. - Marginalized Youth: We provide a safe space for youth struggling with identity, belonging, trauma, and mental health. Through one-on-one counseling and support groups, we help them build resilience and thrive in their new environments. - Women: Immigrant women often face additional barriers to accessing mental health care, whether due to cultural stigma, language limitations, or socio-economic challenges. Our trauma-informed approach creates a safe, empowering environment for women to heal, grow, and reclaim their well-being. - Families: We recognize the collective trauma that impacts entire families throughout the settlement process. Our programs offer holistic support, fostering healthy relationships and emotional well-being for families as they adapt to new lives.
